The ColoFIT™ provider portal is set to launch on September 14th, 2026, providing medical professionals with a streamlined process for managing attributed members due for colorectal cancer screening. During the initial three-week action period, which concludes on October 2, 2026, providers can use the portal to order ColoFIT™ tests or opt out members from the Aetna ColoFIT™ Program. If no action is taken by medical professionals during this period, members will automatically receive a ColoFIT™ test during the direct-to-member phase at the end of October.
Providers can track the status and results of the orders on a weekly basis once they reach our vendor's lab for processing. Our vendor supplies up to two replacement kits if the initial kit is returned but proves non-testable. Please be aware the 2026 measurement year for this program will conclude on December 31st, 2026.
